  The cabin is beautiful and great location. I had problems with the accommodation for one of the rooms. My kids weren’t able to use the Sofa bed. It needs to be replaced. The downstair room had an awful smell. The cabin didn’t have tissues, paper towels or shower personal care. The place is absolutely beautiful and I know this comments can be easily fixed.

  My Maggie Valley short get away was awesome. Maggie Valley and surrounding areas have a lot of neat things for the whole family. A trip over to Cherokee scored a great view of the elk herd just inside the National Forest.

  We had a great stay at mountain haven. The location was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the sound of the stream and the views from the deck and expansive living room windows. The beds were very comfortable. Sid was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay again on our annual trip. Some guests made mention of the driveway. It’s no different than any other cabin we’ve stayed in. It was nice to have the garage, if needed.

  The cabin was gorgeous completely accurate to listing. The holiday decorations were appreciated and welcoming. Our only minor maintenance request was handled within the day. The cabin accommodated seven guests (which included two small children) comfortably. The kitchen is more than adequate for cooking family meals which I would recommend as several of the local restaurants were a bit pricey and very much hit or miss on the quality. Overall, a wonderful pre-Christmas holiday... We were even able to get a great view of the Star of Bethlehem from a small local part that was less than a mile away.

  Check in was easy. The house was convenient to everything. The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. However, I would replace the shower lining in the upstairs bathroom, it had mildew on it. Also, there needs to be better instructions or easier ways to watch the TV's. They were all different and each one had several remotes. Also there needs to be TV's in all the bedrooms. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

  Mountain Haven is a beautiful cabin with lots of windows and light! The wall of windows in the family room affords a great view of the many trees on the property and a long-range view of the mountains. The multiple decks gives one ample opportunity to sit and read or just relax and listen to the small brook that runs along the property. The kitchen was very well equipped. We loved our stay at Mountain Haven!
