  Very nice company to deal with and a cozy little place that is missing proper maintenance and cleaning to ensure the next tenant won't experience what we experienced. A list of likes cool location, convenient, roomy, and has a home feeling. Heat and a/c work great, and enjoyed the small kitchen. Nice wrap around deck with lots of seating. Dislikes, both my wife and I are struggling with back pain from sleeping on the master bed. Once you lay down you sink and it creates and uneven sleeping surface. Bed is very uncomfortable. In the same room the cold water barely works in the sink and there is hair, dust and spider webs everywhere. Also above the shower which we enjoyed, has mold all along the top. I am 6'2" so it is easy to see. But the biggest problem that we had with our stay was the refrigerator not working. We brought fruit, food, and wine and had no way to keep it all cold. I contacted the office and the gentleman told me that he would bring a styrofoam cooler with 2 bags of ice but he brought a bag with 2 bags of ice in it that was leaking water everywhere due to sweating and melting. Did not use because we could not fit everything in that bag and the mess that it created. So we had to throw away all the food the next day. The gentleman did say that his mechanic was out of town but did not offer any discount for not having a refrigerator. So trying to maintain a stress free weekend, we gave up on calling back and just ate out. For the cost of three nights at this place, I find this unacceptable and feel as if we should have been offered a $150.00 discount. Although we had a good time with our friends that were with us I don't think they want to ever come back. We did take a broom and removed a softball size of hair and discarded it, but a vacuum would be a better way to clean this place. A simple solution is for someone to check these items before it is rented again. Look forward to hearing from you!!!!

  Yogi's Den is right off Soco Road and convenient to shops, restaurants, and entertainment! The home is comfortable and easy to keep clean as you vacation! There's lots of room if you have a large family or party of friends! Carolina Vacations changed us to this property after problems with the one we originally reserved. They were compassionate and great to work with!! We look forward to next year!
