Creek Club Cottage

This brand new magnificent home (over 2500 square feet) was finished in November 2023 and it doesn't get any better than this. The home includes 4 bedrooms (3 king beds and a queen over queen bunk bed in the fourth bedroom and has 3.5 baths. The home features a fully complete kitchen with island counter, fireplace in the living room, game room upstairs and a washer and dryer. The back deck faces the creek and includes a hot tub and a charcoal grill.

The home is centrally located in the heart of Maggie Valley and is easily accessible year round. The Cataloochee Ski Area is only 5 miles away and only 25 miles from Cherokee and the casino and restaurants including Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Downtown Waynesville and it's shops are only 10 minutes from the home and only 30 minutes to Asheville.

  The living room furniture was not really comfortable, also it needs more chairs or a bigger couch, because there wasn't enough seating for everyone at one time. The house is beautiful though, and a really good location! We have used Carolina Vacations for 3 years now and enjoy booking with them!
